Why does My Protector use location information?
My protector is an app that takes care of your safety, when you go out you set a time after which you will have reached your destination. If the time has elapsed and you have not reached your destination, the App sends messages in the background with your location to the people you have established as your “protectors”.
What does My Protector do with location information?
My Protector uses location information exclusively for sends messages in the background with your location to the people you have established as your “protectors”. Does not store or collect, distribute, or send to any site in any way that information except for the intended use.
What other information does My Protector ask for?
My protector will ask for up to 3 email addresses of its “protectors” to whom to send the notices, as well as their name to indicate who the notification comes from. These data are used exclusively for that purpose and will not be collected or sent or distributed to any site.
Advertising (Only for the free app)
We work with Google Admob advertisement network. Google will use, store and share
with its partners your device IDs, advertisement ID, location, IP address and cookies to
show you personalised ads. In order to use the app, you can either consent to sharing such
data or remove all advertisement through purchasing the no ads version.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you
of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are
advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is
deemed approval of all changes.
